Job Description
Spirit Jersey is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead seasonal line planning, assortment strategy, and channel differentiation across all key business divisions (Resort, CND, Golf, Disney Parks and Specialty, Specialty and Department Stores, E-commerce, and Private Label). The role bridges creative direction with commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with brand integrity, speed to market, and profitability. This is a pivotal position that directly impacts line strategy and sales performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of merchandising experience in apparel, lifestyle, or licensed product industries
- Proven success in seasonal line planning and assortment architecture across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of merchandising strategies for Resort, CND, Golf, Disney Parks and Specialty, Specialty and Department Stores, E-commerce, and Private Label
- Experience collaborating with design, sales, sourcing, operations, planning, and private label teams
- Proficiency with PLM systems (Centric preferred) and reporting/analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
