Our residential program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive services, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
Requirements
- Direct Service: Facilitate education and group counseling sessions in residential, outpatient, or field settings.
- Provide individual counseling sessions as assigned.
- Transport clients when assigned.
- Assist clients in navigating systems of care.
- Treatment Setting: Work collaboratively with treatment team members.
- Provide a supportive treatment environment.
- Ensure groups start and finish on time.
- Ensure that clients maintain compliance with group attendance and expectations.
- Documentation: Track client progress in group sessions.
- Complete client urinalysis and document test results.
- Write and complete progress notes in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with clinical documentation standards, policies, and deadlines.
- Administrative: Maintain compliance with client care hours per week.
- Arrange work schedule according to agency needs.
- Respond to emails when appropriate.
- Participate in meetings, supervision, and training opportunities.
- Complete assigned training in a timely manner.
- Maintain registration or certification compliance.
