Case Manager I, Employment Specialist - NCSH Residential

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Case Manager I to deliver client services in a residential setting. The Case Manager will coordinate care within the organization's continuum of services and with external human services providers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients experiencing acute withdrawal from substances and a valid California Driver's License.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Substance Use Disorder Counselor registration from an accredited California agency
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field
• Case management experience
• Experience working with clients experiencing acute withdrawal from substances
• Experience in the human service field and demonstrated expertise in substance abuse treatment, relapse prevention, and recovery
