Retail Manager

Retail Manager position at a well-established fashion retail company in Hong Kong, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience with at least 5 years at managerial role, apparel retail experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill (written and spoken English and Chinese)
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching skills and good team player
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
