Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Training & Development to lead the planning, organization, development, and implementation of training and talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing training programs and will be able to master new knowledge and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing various training & development programs
- Ability to master new knowledge, concepts, and ideas quickly
- High learning agility to innovate various learning touchpoints
- Proactive, creative with great passion in training and development
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint with multi-media software skill preferred
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
