Job Description
We are an innovative HR company operating on a subscription-based model, supporting over 150 companies worldwide. We help CEOs, founders, and managers build organizations with measurable human processes and engaged teams, leveraging our Culturivy® method. We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to source candidates, collaborate with clients, and share market trends.
Requirements
- Experience in independently conducting end-to-end recruitment
- Creativity in reaching candidates – not only through LinkedIn, but also through alternative communication channels
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Responsibility and commitment – you can monitor your results and draw conclusions from them
- Customer focus and experience working in this area
- Passion for building relationships and willingness to co-create innovative HR solutions
