Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Research and Development (R&D) operation. The role involves financial analysis, overseeing accounting systems, reporting, and supporting Ad-hoc reporting for special projects, with a focus on compliance and data extraction. This is a key position within a leading global aerospace provider.
Requirements
- Analysis of financial and operational results.
- Oversee accounting system usage and administrative control.
- Month-end closing and reporting including invoicing, labor reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Ownership of inventory and standard costing.
- Capital appropriation and Fixed Asset support.
- Data extraction and report development.
- Annual and quarterly corporate tax reporting.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for special projects.
- Completion of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Completion of Howmet's Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
