Job Description
Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their state-of-the-art investment casting facility in La Porte, Indiana. The role focuses on providing leadership, maintaining a safe working environment, quality standards, and schedules. The engineer will be responsible for providing inspection services, utilizing Metrology equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Establish workflow schedule for department.
- Advise technical manager with unexpected increases in workflow.
- Interpret complex blueprints and instructions.
- Utilize GOM, ATOS, Siemens NX, Geomagic, and Polyworks software.
- Practice GD&T applications.
