Job Description
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the company by following a set of guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include arriving on time, wearing proper uniform, being alert to prevent unauthorized access, reporting incidents, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
- Arrive at work on time and properly uniformed
- Wear identification badge in a visible location
- Be alert to prevent any objects from passing through the access fences to the company
- Familiarize yourself with the placement and distribution of fire extinguishers and fire alarms
- No unauthorized person should remain in the surveillance booths
- Report any incidents, observations, and violations detected to the corresponding person, as well as the supervisor on duty
- Do not introduce TVs, newspapers, books, magazines, and/or any other leisure activity that may distract their attention
- Use personal security equipment according to the activity
- Maintain and deliver a clean workspace
- Use the communication systems correctly
- Submit to periodic medical exams as required
- Follow all current and accessible policies in the AS9100 directory
