Continuous Improvement Manager

Requirements

• Responsible for managing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define activities requiring engineered solutions for waste reduction and improved quality.
• Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
• Act as an internal consultant and catalyst for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and provide training.
• Monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of improvements.
• Maintain process improvements and sustainability through lean manufacturing principles.
