Continuous Improvement Leader

Howmet Aerospace in Branford, CT is hiring a Continuous Improvement Leader to join their team. The role involves using and facilitating implementation of Howmet Business System (HBS) methods and tools to deliver results in throughput, productivity, cost, and inventory and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Work on plant and department key initiatives and actions using CI principles, tools, methods, and techniques
• Identify, assess, facilitate, design, and coach implementation of CI methods, techniques, and procedures
• Maintain, compile, analyze, and report metrics of improvement projects
• Assess and diagnose problems from a process, quality, and cultural/people perspective
• Design and prioritize the development plan and metrics for closing the gap of current and target business change
