Area Manager

Howmet Aerospace is seeking an Area Manager to join its Operations Department. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and execution of policies and systems in the focused area of responsibility, guaranteeing that internal and external customer expectations are met safely and at the lowest cost.

Requirements

• Manage entire material path for the department
• Lead continuous improvement activities
• Provide 'in the moment' direction and support to resolve conflicts and challenges
• Stay connected with senior leadership and provide updates as needed
• Engage and utilize resources to meet Safety, Quality, OEE and Absorption objectives
