Houston Zoo is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to join the Facilities department. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent environmental services, facilities upkeep, and ensuring the highest degree of project facilitation from beginning to end.
Requirements
- Preparing and submitting required reports and maintain budget goals
- Supervising and training the HVAC team
- Inspecting quality of work performed by crews and contractors
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Installing, replacing, or repairing damaged equipment
- Maintaining maintenance records
- Training personnel in work procedures and requirements
- Managing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately
- Ordering supplies, parts, chemicals, and other materials within budget
