Job Description
The Coordinator 2 of the RDSPD will ensure program compliance, student outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations to the Director. This role involves monitoring instructional quality, data entry, and supporting decision-making within the department and district. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and a willingness to take on project management and leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ensure program compliance for RDSPD.
- Monitor instructional quality and program fidelity.
- Communicate with district leadership and make recommendations for strategy.
- Perform data entry as needed to ensure compliance with IDEA requirements.
- Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility.
