The Assistant Stage Manager III position is responsible for assisting with stage management activities, including gathering and maintaining inventory, assisting with rehearsals and performances, and supervising personnel. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre or stage management experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre or one year experience in a stage management position
- Fluency in reading music
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- PC proficiency and spreadsheet applications experience (Word and Excel preferred)
- Excellent inter-personal and communicative skills
- Ability to speak smoothly and cohesively in front of an audience
