Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to own and drive our HR operations and strategy. The role involves leading People & Culture initiatives, managing the employee lifecycle, and analysing HR data to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years management experience in People & Culture or HR
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources
- Practical experience working with both South African and UK HR frameworks and labour laws
- Hands-on experience in startups or small-to-medium businesses
