Content Growth Marketer

We are seeking a Content Growth Marketer to join our Content team. As a Content Growth Marketer, you will be pivotal in redefining our content strategy and operations, driving measurable growth through experimentation and optimisation, and building a scalable and smart approach to content creation, distribution, and optimisation.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and manage an AI-assisted operational system to scale content production and optimisation efforts
• Develop and maintain a library of prompts, workflows, and processes to maintain an efficient operation
• Drive growth through experimentation and optimisation, using AI-assisted workflows to update and optimise existing content library
• Produce high-quality, brand-aligned content in various formats, including blogs, product explainers, case studies, ebooks, videos, and more
• Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, and repurposing without compromising quality
• Independently and consistently track and analyse content performance, moving beyond traffic to measure conversion rates and content-driven bookings
• Ensure our workflows conduct thorough and creative research to inform our content
