Principal Producer [Fixed Term]

Housemarque is looking for a Principal Producer for a 13 months fixed term contract to produce a major part of the project SAROS, which is launching in 2026. The Principal Producer will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule, and working closely with directors and leads from all development areas.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
• Proficiency in the game production process, with extensive experience guiding the development of high-profile game titles from conception to release
• Expert project management capabilities within Agile frameworks, overseeing large-scale teams and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of production at scale, including distributed co-development teams, outsourcing strategies, and complex vendor management
• Experience working within a large multinational, multi-studio organization like PlayStation Studios
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and how to apply those in a multi-cultural environment where everyone is not a native speaker
