Project Designer

We are seeking a Project Designer to take ownership of the entire project design-build documentation and administration process for each of their assigned projects, ensuring accuracy to scope, brand and jurisdictional requirements, completeness, and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Five (5) to Seven (7) years postgraduate experience working full-time in an Architect’s or Interior Designer’s office
• High proficiency in Revit
• Demonstrated proficiency in standard technical design production programs (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign etc.)
• Prior construction document production experience, including correlating a complete set of working drawings
• Familiarity with building codes and accessibility standards
• Strong written, verbal and computer communication and organizational skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and management levels and with clients and other external partners
• Attention to detail and organizational aptitude
• Strong collaborative work ethic
• Hospitality (hotel) design experience
