Job Description
Hotel Duty Manager role at MOXY Milton Keynes. Responsible for managing hotel room inventory, operating Food & Beverage outlets, and promoting the Moxy brand. Requires experience in the service industry, knowledge of hotel systems, and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Manager/Supervisor
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
