We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Arena Atlas. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking in and out, and providing a personalized and friendly service to our guests. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the Marriott standards and be part of a great team.

Requirements

• Welcome our guests and answer all their questions before/during/after their stay;
• Check in and check out guests independently and of course with a smile;
• Fulfil all the wishes of our guests through your concierge service;
• Ensure that the shift stays organized by completing checklists;
• Provide a personal and friendly service to our guests;
• Be service-minded and focused on the guest experience;
• Have an eye for details;
• Be a team player;
• Have great energy and be a people person;
• Be flexible and positive;
