Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of hands-on developer experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong backend-focused engineering background with expertise in PHP, Laravel, Go, GCP, MySQL, Redis and Kubernetes
• Leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on results
