Job Description
Hormel Foods is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead team members in attaining production and quality goals. The successful candidate will have 1+ year of experience as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. or an Associate's degree.
Requirements
- 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associate's degree
- Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
