Job Description
Senior Product & Technical Enablement Manager role at Horizon3.ai, a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company. The role is responsible for building and scaling the technical product and value-engineering enablement engine that powers Sales Engineers, CSMs, partners, and broader GTM teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs for technical audiences
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives
- Hands-on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts or strong adjacent experience
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap-driven enablement
- Strong program management skills and excellent written and verbal communication
