Job Description
Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Relationship Manager to support beginning farmers in the Blue Ridge region. The role involves delivering personalized financing, providing customer experiences, educating farmers, and serving as a Grow Ahead leader, with opportunities for hybrid work after 6 months of employment. This position focuses on cultivating new business relationships and serving existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- One to five years of relevant experience in sales, financial services, or education (agriculture)
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging customer situations
- Strong knowledge of agricultural lending
