Job Description
Hoplite Group seeks a retired Colonel, fighter pilot SME to support a U.S. Government institutional capacity initiative focused on structured analysis of operational, training, and sustainment requirements for a partner nation's air combat platforms.
Requirements
- Retired O-6 / F-16 / F35 pilot with Squadron, Group, Wing level command experience
- Experience with U.S Air Force/U.S. Navy policy at a higher headquarters that includes planning and strategy development in support of combat aircraft operations
- Experience in U.S defense planning and strategy development at a higher headquarters
- Experience in unit readiness determination, operational analysis, and strategy/doctrine/CONOPS development and assessment of risk
- Graduate of U.S. Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), or United States Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW)
- Ability to interface with U.S. Government and Partner Nation stakeholders in high-level engagements utilizing in-person and virtual facilitation techniques and tools
- Experience supporting U.S. Institutional Capacity Building programs associated with aircraft capability development in the CENTCOM AOR
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
