Job Description
Hope Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Development to lead public and private fundraising and development activities, public policy, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in nonprofit management, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and a commitment to social justice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in nonprofit management
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Operational vehicle, valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to drive for work required
