Hope Services is seeking a Community Support Facilitator to provide support and leadership for consumers in community settings. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of related experience or approved combination of experience and education
- Valid California driver’s license and clear driving record
- Community Support Facilitator certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
