Job Description
Hope Administrative Services, DBA as Central Transportation System, Scobey Moving and Storage, Spectrum Relocation Group, and International Moving and Warehouse are seeking a SMSS Mover to assist with relocation services. The role involves receiving, preparing, processing, and ensuring customer valuables are ready for transportation and delivery.
Requirements
- Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises
- Disassemble and assemble basic furniture items
- Protectively pad and wrap customer belongings for packing and placement in containers
- Carry or dolly items to and from trucks for loading and unloading
- Properly unpack carton and remove packing debris
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Be a team member and cooperate with other employees
- Responsible for reporting to work on time and in proper uniform
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment
- Use proper lifting techniques and methods to ensure safety
