Claims Adjuster

Hope Administrative Services is seeking a Claims Adjuster to investigate residential and commercial claims, review facts and circumstances, and make settlement decisions per company policies. The role will handle claim processing, from reporting to settlement, and will interact with claimants, insurance companies, and management team members.

Requirements

• 2 years adjuster or insurance claims experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal
• Claims Adjuster Certification/License a plus
• Proficient using MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office products
