Mass Grading- Entry Level Operator- Roller

Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Heavy Equipment Operator to join their award-winning team. This role offers hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to exciting projects and learning from industry experts. The position requires an active, motivated candidate willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be highly motivated and willing to learn.
• Must be able to understand project goals and direction.
• Must be willing to work Monday through Friday 7AM-5:30PM, or other schedule as may be assigned by the foreman or superintendent, as well as Saturdays when needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug, fit for duty physical, and background screening.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
