Job Description
We’re hiring a Web & Optimization Lead to architect the future of our Web & Optimization department and drive growth for top multi-location restaurant brands. The role involves building and maintaining high-performance websites, leading technical execution, and strategic leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on web development in an agency environment
- Technical leadership experience
- Fluency in the WordPress ecosystem (Elementor Pro, custom themes, plugins)
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JS/jQuery
- Experience with APIs, Zapier, webhooks, GTM, GA4
- Strong English communication skills (C1+)
- Experience with CRO tools (VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar) is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant tech stacks (Olo, Paytronix, Toast) or multi-location SEO is a plus
