Founders Associate Intern (hybrid, Berlin)

HoneySales is a Berlin-based startup revolutionizing B2B sales with autonomous sales agents powered by Agentic AI. We're looking for a Founders Associate Intern to help drive our go-to-market strategy and support product development.

Requirements

• Experience in a comparable role (e.g. Entrepreneur in Residence, Founders Associate, Business Analyst, Strategy Consulting or Growth)
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
• Well-developed quantitative skills and ability to think structured and recognize connections quickly
• Fluent German and English language skills
