Field Technician - Telecommunications Construction

Honest Networks is seeking Field Technicians to construct and build network infrastructure in residential apartment complexes and office buildings in NYC, Northern NJ, and Stamford, CT. Technicians will be responsible for running fiber and ethernet cables, mounting and installing network equipment, and setting up radios. The role is fast-paced, requiring teamwork and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 1-3 year experience with fiber optic, ethernet cable or electrician/conduit work
• Technical skills including running fiber and terminating cables
• Ability to power and test networking hardware
• Comfortable working in high-rises and on rooftops
• Ability to read work orders and change orders
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
