Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting, with a focus on value-based care or provider enablement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience managing partnerships with medical groups or healthcare organizations
