Mortgage Officer, Vancouver

Home Trust Company is seeking a Mortgage Officer to join their Underwriting Classic - Vancouver team. The role involves managing residential mortgage files from sign back of the commitment letter to funding, ensuring all broker conditions are fulfilled, and that the mortgage file is completed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Great communication skills
• Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in business management, finance, or related field (university an asset)
• 2 years in administrative environment preferable within mortgage industry an asset
