Requirements

• Prepare and balance closing disclosure, settlement statements, and documentation
• Ensure proper procedures are followed in closing real estate and mortgage transactions
• Monitor upcoming transactions for completeness and compliance
• Prepare and submit deposits and disbursement documentation
• Resolve title issues prior to closing
