Job Description
HomeServe, a leading trade-related service provider in SHK and Electrical, is seeking a First Level IT Support professional in Frankfurt. The role involves providing technical support, managing stakeholder expectations, and optimizing processes. Requirements
- Completed education in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
- First experience in technical support.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic network understanding.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- ITIL certification (advantage).
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
