Job Description
Homebase is seeking a Data & ML Platform Engineer to join their team, building data and ML platform components to enable data engineering, data science, and product teams. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data ingestion, maintaining scalable systems, guiding ML model implementation, and driving platform improvement. Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, specializing in data and ML
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Experience with Airflow, Kafka, and Redshift
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design
- Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models (including language models)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Effective communicator and collaborator
