Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, performance tracking, and team leadership. The role requires a strong understanding of WMS/D365 systems, proficiency in forklift operation, and a commitment to safety and quality. Weekend work is often expected, and the position is 3rd shift focused with a 9pm to 5:30am schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment
- Forklift certification required
- Strong math and communication skills
- Experience with WMS or D365 is a plus
