Job Description
We are looking to grow our brilliant team of Care Professionals for tea time and evening calls from 19.00 - 20.00. We provide quality care that makes a real difference to the people we care for at home.
Requirements
- Provide personal care
- Help with medications
- Prepare meals
- Do light housekeeping
- Run errands
- Offer companionship and conversation
- Ensure clients are safe and healthy in their home
