Care Professional

Home Instead is recruiting Care Professionals to join their team with multiple shift patterns available. The role involves delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, enhancing their quality of life, and maintaining regular communication with line managers and office staff. No experience is required, as Home Instead has an in-house training academy.

Requirements

• Be caring and confident enough to provide personal care as well as companionship
• Be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
• Reflect the core values of Home Instead franchise
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff
