Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light household duties.
Requirements
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences
- Engage in companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
- Document care activities and report any changes in clients’ conditions
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Home Instead’s standards of care
