Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each patient. The nurse will conduct skilled nursing visits, collaborate on plan of care, deliver high-quality patient care, and educate and support patients and families.
Requirements
- Active LVN License (Texas)
- Active CPR Certificate
- Home Health Experience
- Self-Starter with Organizational Skill
- Compassionate Care Approach
- Valid Driver's License
