Job Description
Hologic is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead the development and expansion of cutting-edge medical device products. This role requires coordinating NPD projects, driving teams to achieve goals, and presenting project status to senior management. The position is hybrid and based in Marlborough, MA.
Requirements
- Lead small and large New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Coordinate Design History File (DHF) transfers.
- Drive teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.
- Present project status updates.
- Assemble program status, deliverables, and metrics.
- Actively engage stakeholders.
- Support PMO initiatives.
- Mentor program and project managers.
