We're an innovative medical technology company seeking a Sr Manager, Oncology Medical Science Liaison to lead a field team of MSLs, providing leadership, guidance, and scientific expertise to maximize company product value through high-quality scientific communication with leading specialists.

Requirements

• Lead a field team of Oncology Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
• Develop and supervise MSLs within assigned territory
• Provide leadership, guidance, and medical scientific expertise
• Recruit, select, onboard, and field train oncology MSLs
• Establish clear goals and KPIs for MSL performance
• Champion ongoing learning and development initiatives for oncology MSLs
• Strategically plan, organize, and facilitate team meetings and individualized one-on-one sessions
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving challenges within the oncology MSL team and across internal departments
