Requirements

• 7+ years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in electrical design and product development; medical device experience is highly valued
• Strong technical skills in PCB design, troubleshooting, testing, and CAD tools
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for medical devices (FDA, ISO)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and work independently
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
