Job Description
Endomag, a Hologic company, is seeking a Market Development Manager to accelerate the growth of their products in Germany. This role involves commercial strategy, project leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on launching new technologies and shaping the future of cancer care in Germany. The position requires a driven individual with a passion for quality and a commitment to making a real impact in the healthcare technology sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years’ experience in medical device commercial/marketing roles, with proven sales success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen, oncology/breast oncology experience preferred.
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly across Germany.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
