Breast and Skeletal Health Field Service Engineer - Boston, MA

We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer in the Boston, MA area to join our Breast & Skeletal Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of our medical imaging and interventional products, building relationships with customers and ensuring our products are calibrated and optimized for high performance.

Requirements

• Responsible for the installation and service of Hologic products
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Complete all remedial service actions and required hardware and software upgrades
• Train customers on the basic operation and use of Hologic products
• Provide feedback to the District Manager concerning product performance anomalies
