Job Description
Hologic is seeking an Acute Care Sales Specialist to promote and sell diagnostic technology to laboratories in a given geographic territory. This role requires a strong understanding of molecular biology and diagnostic technologies, strategic planning, and proven sales track record. The specialist will collaborate with regional managers, account executives, and technical support, focusing on customer relationship management and revenue generation.
Requirements
- Accountability for driving Acute Care sales performance.
- Serve as a technical authority on specific molecular product portfolios.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Experience in laboratory product sales.
- Deep understanding of molecular diagnostic assays and disease states.
- Valid driving license & acceptable driving record
- Ability to attend in-house, corporate, and field-based meetings.
